Saturday Jason took Ethan to Raleigh so I could work all day. Jason used a friend's boat on Sunday and we took a boat ride on the Neuse River. It was pretty hot out there and no shade. We had a big umbrella and even though both of us got sun, Ethan didn't so I guess we covered him up pretty good. He was really more interested in Big Bird anyway. He wore the life jacket when we were moving, but it was pretty thick so it came off when we were still. The water was really quiet. Also, 'Ethan' got me some jewelery that is his November birthstone....what a good idea Ethan.
